These guidelines and policy is for everyone’s benefit including convention participants, convention center staff and organizing volunteers.

1. We recommend that all convention attendees who are eligible to get vaccinated should get vaccinated as per CDC guidelines.
2. Prior to attending the convention kindly do a covid test to ensure that you are Covid Negative.
3. If your Covid test shows that you are Covid Positive, kindly don’t attend the convention so as to prevent spreading.
4. Even if your covid test is negative, and have common cold symptoms, please keep 6 feet distance while seated in the auditorium, because new variant can have false negative first few days of symptom onset.
5. We may also require everyone to wear a mask based on prevailing government or county rules.
6. We understand that parents may have hard time to keep the mask in children <2 years.
7. We will provide hand sanitizers and make sure they are available easily and widely at the convention. Please use them to maintain a clean environment at the convention.
8. Our volunteers will remind Covid related precautions to all attendees many times during the convention and we hope everyone follows the recommendations.
