Submit your articles for Souvenir Magazine
On the occasion of Havyaka Association of Americas (HAA) 19th biennial convention, we have decided to publish a souvenir magazine – Havyasiri 2022. We request all Havyaka friends to submit your articles for this souvenir by Feb 8, 2022. The articles can be essays, stories, travelogues, musings, cartoons, traditional Havyaka recipes, and poems, or if needed can include suitable photos.
Deadline extended to, Feb 20, 2022. Send your Poems to articles@havyak.org
Guidelines:
- No More than two submissions from per person
- Submissions should be your own creation and unpublished (formal or informal social media, etc)
- Submissions should be in Kannada, Havigannada (ಹವಿಗನ್ನಡ) or English.
- Submissions in English should use Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 with single line spacing.
- Submissions in Kannada should use Font: Tunga Unicode, Size: 12 with single line spacing.
- Submissions should be either in MS-Word or Google doc format. PDF’s or handwritten images are not acceptable.
- Submissions should not exceed, Article – Max 4 Pages, Story- Max 6 Pages, Poem – Max 1 pages.
- Please provide your full name, contact info (email, phone number) and a passport size picture along with the submission.

ಅಮೇರಿಕ ಹವ್ಯಕ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ (HAA) 19ನೇ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಸವಿನೆನಪಿಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಮರಣಸಂಚಿಕೆ – ಹವ್ಯಸಿರಿ 2022ನ್ನು ಹೊರತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಸ್ಮರಣ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಗೆ ಹವ್ಯಕ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಲೇಖನಗಳನ್ನು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 20, 2022ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಲೇಖನ, ಪ್ರಬಂಧ, ಕಥೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಕಥನ, ಚಿಂತನ, ಹವ್ಯಕ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಅಡುಗೆ, ವ್ಯಂಗಚಿತ್ರ, ಅಥವಾ ಕವನದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿರಬಹುದು. ಅವಶ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬಹುದು.
